Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy/rent from us, you must provide contact information (like name, email address, and shipping address) and financial information (like bank account number). This information is used for invoicing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

Feedback Surveys & QHSE Questionnaires
From time-to-time our site requests information via feedback surveys or QHSE questionnaires. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as post code, age level), Quality information (such as sensitive operational procedure & documents), HSE information (such as HSE performance indicators etc.). All information will be used in the strictest confidence. Any information gained from feedback or QHSE questionnaires will be used for purposes of evaluating, monitoring and/or improving the services we provide.
